you have the pacing, you could probably get master ww5t on kovaaks because it doesnt count misses against you but requires more targets hit. You just need to focus on bringing up accuracy at the speed you are at, aim for around 95%, which would have almost gotten you master.
As for how to improve accuracy, your form isn't particularly bad, so its really just about microing a little more consistently on average. You could try some pokeball variations just to get better centering. Im sure someone else will notice more subtle things, Im not a static master myself
