This is gonna be a little silly but I'm so used to high sens that I don't know how to aim at all with lower sens.

So basically, I got my DPI high enough that I don't need to lift my mouse or move my arm ever outside of games. To this day I keep it that way for normal PC usage (and I'm comfortable navigating on 4k + laptop to the side). But obviously this is has its problems in aiming. I kinda knew that so I slowly started lowering my sens in games a few years back. Before that I think I could've been at 10cm, now I'm at maybe 20cm.

Now is the first time I'm taking a stab at actual aim training and I'm finding that not only does it feel awkward (I've been trying to lower my sens a bit more too) but I literally just don't understand how I should move my arm. I looked around but I can't really find anything that would help me. Most people even they get into aim training will be used to lower sensitivity but for me having to move the entire arm feels very awkward and running out of mousing space is a common issue. It sound silly but it feels like the weirdest thing in the world for me having to lift the mouse and readjust while proactively trying to hit targets, usually I'd do that subconsciously outside of any action. I also have no idea if I'm not picking up some bad habits that are going to be bad for my health because I think some discomfort and fatigue is definitely expected.

I'm looking for some pointers for how to make this process easier or at least how to make it work at all.
