Im currently VT diamond and i think i would be for sure able to get jade at least, but there is a catch i dont have a training plan that could work for me. In past i aim trained 5 days a week with no breaks (only weekend was free) sessions lasted around 1-1,5h. That was pretty good strategy but after 3rd week i noticed that im actually getting worse and also i developed big wrist pain. I stopped playing for another week and now im healthy again. I was thinking maybe i could try 30m twice on a aiming day and after have 1 rest day so my arm gets to relax. I used to play VDIM playlists however i dont know if my 30 minutes would be enough for improvement. Thanks for advice!

Taking breaks is great but doing stretches and strength training will help a ton with the reducing pain and gaining endurance. Look at 1hp gamings website and YouTube channel

30m 2x a day is a normal amount of time for aim training. The wrist pain might be caused by overusing your wrist. You would likely benefit from changing your sensitivity per scenario/sub category to help isolate your fingers/arm more. There’s a few images floating around the discord of recommended ranges to start off with. Also agree with bdunc about stretching in between reps
