Yeah you can use that practice with larger target and slowly decrease the size when you get better

You aren’t really doin good flicks on wide angles
Your flicks don’t make it to the bot (bad shot power) and aren’t aimed to hit the bot (bad shot angle)
Add a short pause before you flick in this scenario
Spend a moment focusing on what getting to bot actually would feel like, and then when you’re ready, execute the moment
If you generate a bad flick, adjust your shot power and angle
