Main problem is you don't even give yourself a time to micro and confirm you're on target you just flick and click hoping you'll hit the dot, take your time to micro if you go too fast and missing a lot then slow it down. And your flick is very tense most of the dot here are spawn very close to each others you don't have to use any tension at all to stop your flicks
Another attempt to make some content on Youtube. Im not that good at making voice-overs but kinda wanted to share a little story with you guys and possibly help some players with their flick technique as well.

Beyond that
You’re also just not putting care into your flicks
Your flicks are ok at first but then you start trying to click for pace instead of clicking when you confirm and you start rushing
It’s good to kind of use clusters to speed up but you’re just not even confirming shots any more
In addition
Flicks are like
70% of the skill expression for static with small dots
Improve at micros at your own pace but really just always having controller and accurate flicks will fix your issue
