I notice that my aim is very odd when I slow down the speed watching the video, its almost as if I'm just doing multiple small flicks to the target rather than smoothly tracking it. Any advice on how to fix this?

Yeah you could be right, but looking at it, it seems im lagging rather than over correcting right? so I need to apply more tension ?

yes and are u pressing from the sides

i find applyinf tension from the sides the fix to all of my smoothness problem
