You can use the sound to help with smoothness and speed matching
If you hear it kinda going off and on when you track speed up a little until you hear it being tracked properly
Can you rerecord so we can see the entire scen fro mteh beginning? Otherwise, from what I can see, your speed matching seems off. You aren't confident in the bot movement so often times you are stopping while your tracking, probalby because you think you're going to overtake the bot so you end up undertaking it and missing.
Pgt is one of the more preditable bot patterns you are going to see for the tracking scens, so you should honestly be more confident in following the target and following through with the movement till you see the acceleration of the ot start to shift. Use the bot's speed as a measure and pay attention to when it's starting to slow.
u could try some pure smoothness/linear tasks - you seem to exert a lot of effort correcting when targets in these type of scens follow a very predictable arc and accel pattern
you also lose way more pacing on y compared to x axis
which is normal for the most part but not to this degree
