uneven anchor

I think i have trouble with being able to match the targets speed when they change directions, so i end up going for a fast high tension correction and it leads to me getting stuttery and slow to adjust. i also think i struggle with reading the bots movement because when i do these fast corrections, i tend to not have good lines and do circles n shit so its hard to see the target, these are just my observations from watching doe so please give me anything you see that could help in general!
