How often are you playing your main game? Aim training will supplement it and if you aren’t working on your weaknesses in game then you will not really see any improvement as raw mechanics can’t make up for other lacking areas in game

An hour a day really isn’t that much tbh, if you remain consistent then you’ll see some improvement, but there are people who will play for 5 hours and aim train for 1 hour and they’ll probably improve faster. Just remain consistent with your practice and also play game specific routines. But my biggest piece of advice for your situation is play more often if you’re schedule allows for it

Play as much as you want/can and I’m train for about 10-15% of the time you spend on games for the day. If you play for 5 hours spend like 30-45 minutes on aim training (basically the time it takes to play a game specific playlist). The only more time you put in (that is intentional and not on auto pilot) the better you’ll get
