Your aim looks fine (I’m not an expert), and your movement has some small errors here and there. I can’t really say why you’re hardstuck. Maybe you’re taking bad fights or your awareness is off in ranked.
From now on, I’d suggest you plan out every round. If your plan fails twice, don’t try it again in that match. If you die the same way twice, stop doing whatever got you killed. I see a lot of Diamond players just rushing A, B, A, B over and over. Some guys keep running into Cypher trips don’t be that guy.
From now on, tell yourself you can’t rush because there are trips on site. You have to play mid, split, or break the trips first during default before deciding what to hit. Same on defense. figure out why you lost the site. Did they rush? Did you over rotate? Did you not bait out enough utility before the hit?
You have to make good plans and tell them to your team and make sure you stick to them. Dont hesitate.

Forgot to mention dont blame aim for mistakes or deaths, even if it was. Find out other things you could have done better. For aim you train outside ranked and dont worry when playing ranked

your aim is 100% not what's holding you back. looking at your tracker, its playtime. just keep playing dm and comp. purposeful practice is 100% the way of hitting immortal. consistently being able to improve on certain things and being able to reset mental while in comp is an amazing trait to obtain. implement the 33/33/33 rule, 33% of the games you cant win bc of team (or itll be SOOO hard.), 33% of the games you can make a difference and win for your team, 33% of the games are guaranteed wins. you'll 100% hit high asc/low immo in an episode or two with your mechanics

that’s sick bro, whenever you get into a dm or a game with an amazing player it’s the best environment for improvement, I had this one night where I played against bang and nightz in dm and I improved so much from that day.

take more dm-type fights
ur aim is good + good movement + awesome CH placement, just take more full intel fights where both ppl know where the other is at - ask for info util basically lol - a "hey gecko can you wingman/flash me" wouldve went crazy with ur mechs

memorize how to efficiently clear every map in ranked pool and take as many of those gunfights as possible (basically pre aim EVERY angle and clear it within seconds and keep that intensity up for an inhuman amount of time) 😭 choice 1 is easier but im just here to offer options
its mainly a time thing, if u got a few extra hrs then practicing clearing maps would help, but one skye dog/sova drone can save all that practice with one button press

Once you consistently play like that you’ll start to enjoy the relaxed feeling of buy phase bc it’s ur one time to chill mid game
