I've seen it said by experts that training different sens's is good for developing aim ability as it trains different parts of your aiming skills. My question is when and how should you do this? I'm Gold complete and got this using 40-43 cm/360. Should I use VDIM and train with higher sens (~30cm) on tracking days and lower sens (~50cm) on clicking days? Or should I use the fundamentals routine and use a different sens each week or something like that? Or should I just stick with 40cm till a later benchmark rank?

you can use the same sens for all if you want but if you want to use different sens some people change based on category or feel there isn't any major specifics set
@visual dune Is that something that's done just to make higher scores? For context I'm less interested in maximizing my scores just for the scores. I'm more interested improving my aim for other games
It can be used that way, but it also can be used to practice different parts that you use while aiming, for example if someone wanted to purely max for static they could use 80-100cm instead of something like 60cm. It can also be used to improve by focusing on specific parts you lack, for example, you can use that same sens range if you have issues arm aiming or have issues with speed. There is also practical use because of the fact that some scenarios are just better done on higher or lower sens because of factors like them being incredibly fast or being static focused.
