almost every youtube vid i found on smoothness is just telling to do smooth scenarios, but I dont seem to improve my smoothness.
for some context, I played soo much reactive tracking and my hand starts to shake everytime i try to do smoothness or even aiming in general (in game and any aim trainer) because of my bad habit of just instantly flicking to the bot in reactive tracking.
I also heard about "tension management" but how do I do that? I cant even manage my tense arm when doing aim training.
any advice?
