Try playing reactive strafe tracking scenarios to develop your focused sight.
I myself have issues hesitating when my target among a cluster of other targets. Might be a natural fear reaction to tense up like that.

It's a generalist playlist but it's very long, the scenarios I used are in the first 1/4 of it (VSS, Strafes, etc).
When you're actually dialed in to a reactive bot, you should be actually visually percieving the switch and not predicting it. Its ok if you notice you are predicting the switch, as long as you develop your eyes to adjust to its switching. Also don't worry if mouse control doesn't bring you to the target, just focus on visuals and your hand reaction time over hand accuracy
