#Switching from aim trainer to game

So like sometimes when i do a few sets of aim training then i play the game, it messes up like a lot of my aim. I play valorant before going to aim train, i do pretty well but when i switch to aim train then valorant again i play like im iron. How does one overcome this

u are either training for too long and being fatigued or ur training with horrible technique
