Incredibly unbalanced aim benchmark

I was unable to score even iron on my stability drills in the benchmark, however I have scored platinum and diamond in all other categories in the benchmark. I find I grip my mouse too tight and look to loosen on it. Would anybody have any advice outside of targeting the weakness through the spreadsheet? Thank you all
