Movements task in kovaaks(or the aim trianer you use) to help with that issue or hard focus in valorant in range to bot make those mistakes
You're a better player than I am but my theory is that you aren't comfortable adjusting for your own movement + keeping the crosshair on a moving target.
I'd suggest trying this out in the range vs moving bots, do a couple of sets without any movement at all and then another couple of sets with movement and if your scores significantly differ then that is your issue. My own experience with aim trainers is that it can lead you to be a bit disjointed from your movement since you don't train that at all in the aim trainer, only mouse control.
If it's not that then I'd think it's probably rushing your shots which is probably best fixed via DM.
