u shouldn’t force urself. you aiming with ur wrist isn’t bad. you can keep wrist aiming. it genuinely does not matter. everything concerning that is preference. the only thing i’d say with wrist aiming is, it takes a lot more practice to stay consistent with it. but still, your aiming style is ur aiming style. if u wanna stay on wrist do it. it’s how youve played and how youve preferred to play.

if u wanna get used to using ur arm, you have to place ur arm on the desk and id recommend starting with tracking scenarios like pgti or preciseorb that involve a lot of extreme up and down that you’d need ur arm for. then you can do some widewall exercises and see if that helps. but still, it’ll be a pain to get used to it. your arm will get sore frequently, ur muscles in ur arm will get tired easily because they aren’t used to that strain. it’ll be a lot for you, but if u wanna do it go for it. but my advice is just stick with what your preference is. i wish you the best. before u start ur training do some stretches and what not to get ur arm muscles ready for the movement
