how long has this been happening? being worse for a few days is common. but if it's been a long while here are some other questions or things to be aware of:
- do you artificially increase your average scores by restarting "bad" runs? (i do this a lot--be mindful that doing so creates a biased average and artifically reduces the variance of your scores)
- recent setup changes could also cause this--think peripherals, room temperature and humidity, sweat, etc.
- health is also a really big part; exercising can affect scores (mostly good, but could be bad at times like if your muscles are sore or your CNS is adapting); also sleep and diet
