Hello! Can somebody help and maybe guide a little on how to improve my trigger finger?

I seem fast enough with my mouse movement, but click speed lacks a ton, platoed at gridshot mid 80k - low 90k. Gridshot 3x3 sometimes i am able to get a new high score, but its feels sooo random. Appreciate any help.
