Hi, I needed some advice regarding the splits that would be beneficial for my goals. With all the content out there i kinda feel lost on what training i shousl follow. I want to improve in fps games in general but also to perform well and improve on benchmarks, as for now i had a playlist for each sub category for each day of the week. I was wondering if you guys trained for instane static 2 or 3 times a week and what kind of splits you were using. I feel like one week between each training for a category feels long. I only have 1h a day approx that i can dedicate to aim training.
