an idea for a random but quite far and objective static scenario: fixed number of target spawns, no timelimit, score = (hits/time), targets alternate between a centre target and peripheral (either of a specific hfov and vfov or alternatively radius of a circle bounded by vfov) and a degree interval (eg 2 degrees would yield 360 targets)

edit: if it's not obvious it would always have identical total distance to cover and with only the order of the target spawns being random but same exact unique target locations with no repetitions always aimed at from/to the centre
