I'm trying to pinpoint my weaknesses, not sure exactly what i should work on, i was thinking perhaps smoothness in like controlsphere type of scenarios and being less tense?

Yeah, any tracking scenario including reactive is going to help. Have you tried the apex playlist in the resources tab? They're pretty good.
Another thing I would suggest is not ADS'ing so much. Apex has good hip fire. For example, the last 1v1 is your vid, you spent the whole duel in ADS. At that range, especially with a volt, you should be hip firing.
Also try and learn how to ADS in and out quickly as it resets your hip fire spread and makes the next 2-3 bullets accurate, which is good for mid range fights + you don't get the ADS movement speed penalty so makes you harder to hit. You did it on some duels, but I think it needs work. You should be using that technique a lot at the ranges you fight in R5.
