Vod reviews aren't necessary until you don't know what you're doing wrong tbh
But currently I would say just focus on getting those iron scores to Bronze atleast, then Bronze to silver
Work on your worst tasks as they can help tremendously, especially if you're really low on them
Still try other tasks though, maybe you can get a new pb even on higher ones
