it's not the most optimal but you can do it, the most optimal would be vdim or the other routine. keep in mind vdim is long and you don't have to do the entire routine, for example, you can play each scenario once instead.
It's not the most efficient way to train, but I've been doing it as I started recently and have been hitting tons of pbs. It's fun for me.
If you're having a good time and you're improving I'd say maybe keep at it until you hit a plateau. Then move to routines.
At least that's what I plan on doing. But yeah routines are the most optimal way to train.
