My aim has improved a bit : feeling snappy but I feel that my tracking isn't has good..
I really don't know what to improve and what to do to improve at those problems

Your movement is weak, you take very small strafes and you often strafe back to where you were previously. From the enemy pov you’re barely moving and they’re aiming at essentially a stationary target. Take longer strafes for now and experiment with strafing in the same direction
