Pretty sure you just need a VOD for GM+ scores to count, you can read the submission rules here and I see nothing about needing hand cam: https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1omExq_y4ld9vkvbTFkLdjlT5UwQpvYSgyk5PgA7nrzM/

Grandmaster submissions and above
You need a raw video recording for all Grandmaster+ scores even if they do not meet the rank threshold.
Raw means unedited so no smoothing (RSMB) added
Scores require video recordings with a minimum quality of 720p and 60 FPS uploaded to YouTube
In every VOD the System Clock and Challenge Timer (KovaaKs) or Heads Up display (Aim Lab) needs to be clearly visible
No pauses are allowed during the runs of the benchmark scenarios
VODs should be clear of visual clutter, excessive overlays or images. This is up to the discretion of the VOD reviewer.
Players may be required to (boot)stream in order to rule out potential cheats
The VODs must be posted to the #leaderboards channel or have a helper/mod/leaderboard manager add it on their behalf
