Alright, so, as the title implies i need help understanding when you should hold wide, and when you should hold closer to the angle
At first i started out thinking "its just random and up to them, theres no way to know", but as i watched pro players and other very high level players, it struck me how their crosshair was always in the perfect place for whatever peek they encountered, short or wide, every. single. time. to the point where it physically cant be luck anymore
This just leads me to believe that there is a way to know but i just dont know it, so if anyone has any tips for me itd be greatly appreciated
#when to hold short and when to hold wide

is this something that can just come with time and experience playing the game? or is there actual ways to know
or is it like
purely intuition
when you hold a common angle you should hold wide because people almost always peek wide on those angles, when you're holding in an off angle, you can hold it closer to a wall because the enemy dont expect you to be there therefore they will not peek wide and rather walk or run diagonally.
Also your holding (wide or closer) depends on your reaction time, if you have a slower reaction time you should hold a little bit wider than someone with a quicker reaction time, really it depends on the person
