  1. find a balance its just like going to the gym
  2. benchmark 1-2 days a week but find something thats comfy
  3. benchmarks do not count as aimtraining

You can structure your training any way you want. Some people play playlists. Some people just play a handful (or less) scenarios per day that tackle specific weaknesses (not the benchmarks scens, although it can be argued that some benchmark scens are also useful for training certain skills, but just don't only use those for your training). Some play a playlist that contains multiple categories. Some focus on 1 category only for a very long time. It really comes down to you.

Benchmarking is often done seperately from your training, and once per week is more than enough, but you can do it once more if you feel like so.

Find something you can stick to, make sure you have some variety in scenarios on the occasion and take regular breaks when necessary. Consistency and tackling the training in a way you find enjoyable is most important.
