Just recently started aim training and I probably just overexerted myself while also using too tense of a grip. The shoulder pain feels like its in the rotator cuff area. Currently taking a break from (only) aim training while focusing on keeping a more relaxed grip in game but unsure how long I should take a break for/what I can do in the meantime to speed recovery.
Also wondering is the hand weakness thing concerning? I haven't noticed any tingling, pain, or actual decreased grip strength but it does feel very stiff
