So i'm trying to get more serious on my improvement and I've seen on the valorant benchmark guide that those exercises aren't supposed to play daily? I have doubts about if i should keep playing them daily as i do (i play the 21 exercise 3 times each) or i should play another playlist or resources.
I'm immortal on valorant and my end goal is to try getting to radiant so i'd be quite grateful for any advice on how i should focus on my aim training or some kind of guide
