In my opinion i think you would benefit more by playing more deathmatch to try to learn the basics of the game and start working on your crosshair placement

You could do like a brief warmup of 15 mins on aimlab and after that play a few deathmatch before going into ranked

i recommend playing 2-4 deathmatches a day at minimum, one or two before comp, and the same after. its important to develop a handle on the mechanics of valorant and dm/tdm will help you learn the movement, recoil reset times, and also practice/learn strafing. with mechanics alone, you could probably hit gold or so, and from there you just continue to play and you'll learn "gamesense" and when where and why you should make a certain decision. personally, i think that aim training wont benefit you significantly at your level unless you come from a different genre of games, like minecraft, third person shooters, etc. - you might want to do some scenarios to get used to fps and to get used to your sens. you should find whats comfortable for you (mouse grip, arm position, sens, etc) and just keep practicing. iron is iron and i honestly think that you cannot get out without learning the mechanics of the game and just being better than the other players. think about what you shouldve done after dying and maybe pick up aim training or when you have a foothold of val mechanics - mild mastery on strafing/counterstrafing, peeking, agent movement - this point might come when yourre around gold or plat. edit: i forgot crosshair placement is extremely important and you should practice + memorize head level crrosshair placement until it is automatic and almost robotic. this will minimize the unpredictibility of the game and also make flicks shorter and easier

most pros usually play anywhere from 8 to 20 deathmatches a day even after their mechanics are "perfected" - you can always improve
