your technique is overall pretty good but you have the tendency to keep rushing your micro corrections. You want to be careful with that.
Also, when you miss a target, you keep trying to re-take it. Avoid that. Give each target 1 shot and move on to the next one
Your flick approach is however pretty good: very controlled flick into a smooth deceleration that more often than not is a proper underflick
You often click just slightly before you are on target. You aren't really confirming you are on target, basically rushing the process.
Simply by slowing that latter part down a tiny bit, give yourself a tiny fraction of a second to make sure you landed on target
No just tacking a bit longer with actually registering that you are on target
As in: look that your crosshair is actually landing on the bot
