so, i warmup to stay consistent, to make sure i can hit my shots and im not playing bad, and thats my goal with my warmup. however, it is really long. i do minigods ramp warmup (16m) then about 10m in the range standing ontop of the ledge with jett knives and flick/micro adjust, no movement. then i go to the side of the right side of the range with a guardian and purposely place my crosshair somewhere else and try to micro adjust(5m), then i go back to the centre of the range and just use a vandal and do some burst strafing(10m) then i do 2 deathmatches guardian only focusing on movement, crosshair placement and micros. ( 20m). ppl recommend like a 15 minute warmup but i go for an hour. when i dont warmup for that long. i do shit, but then if i warmup that long, sometimes i tire myself in the warmup and do bad in comp. what do i do?

you probably get in your head when you say "i didnt warmup long enough, im playing shit"
keep warmup 10-30 mins imo. I personally do 5 min in range to get a feel for precision and then 2-3 deathmatches to get used to being disciplined against enemies that shoot back, then straight into the game.

If you're doing all that before a game, its more of mechanics training than warmup, which is generally better to do after your ranked games so you won't be as tired. Could try ramp warmup + 2 DMs, or 10 m in aim lab warmup + 5 min range + 2 DMs? It's personal and gotta find what works for you, but there is a big difference between warming up to get a feel for the mouse, blood flowing and mindset right vs training to improve mechanics in a long session

that does make sense, but something i forget to mention is when i dont warmup long enough, i dont feel like snappy, like im kinda slow and i miss my micros and stuff, but after doing my like aimlab and range, i feel myself being snappy and stuff and then i do dm to apply everything against moving and real enemies

imo its more likely to be a mental thing, like youve conditioned yourself to feel like you "need" 1 hour of total warmup, but really you could be fine without it. You could try gradually reducing how much warmup you do, but still focusing on the same aspects, just keep playing till you feel good and warm if you tried to shorten it and feel entirely 'off'. If you definitely differentiate between warmup and training sessions, its fine to do a longer warmup than most people, since its all about what works for you, it's just gonna be hard to see the fastest in game progress if you notice you're tiring yourself out during warmups sometimes.
Aim and focus are finite skills, you only have so much energy that your brain and also fine motor skills can do without your performance starting to decline, its up to you to find the best use of that
