Problems with pushing for speed and accuracy

as the title says im finding it difficult to push my accuracy and speed for what i know improving these two should be done in a deliberate way but i somehow struggle to i just keep falling back to the same pace and thus not improving anyone with some does anyone have knowledge on how to overcome this
