More practise. You are describing a smoothness issue + bot reading issue that both will be worked out with more practise.
Keep your eyes always on the bot, regardless of the scenario, and jut try to track to the best of your ability. "shakiness" is often also partially caused by predicting: you continuously anticipating the bot is going to move to the other direction so you never fully commit to it.
