Your initial flicks are way to fast and uncontrolled. You are simply flicking as fast as you can and react to where they land. The initial flicks should be done slower so you can control it. So push speed as fast as you can while still beeing in control of when to stop and where to land. With that control in mind focus on underflicking. Rather start slow to get the habbits right and then you push speed and try to speed up your flicks. That will already help a lot i think.
