FYI IM NOT A PRO but I have peaked radiant 600rr APAC
this super niche but I think you should try learning how to swipe properly/changing directions, when you're swiping, you keep swiping at the floor or at the sky and you have to adjust back to head level which will waste a bit of time trying to focus back on aiming,
tldr: learn to swipe your mouse keeping it straight instead of it going down or up
it also looks like you're just moving your crosshair around without knowing what to look for, in a lot of the gunfights in the vid* you're relying more on big flicks than small microadjust with your crosshair placement which will be harder to have consistent accuracy with cuz your forcing yourself to hit that bigger adjustment than the small mouse movement
tldr: assume the possibility of people being where you're going to peek or have an idea where they are
Calming your nerves and be confident, this more of a mental thing than mechanical but you seem to force your shots every fight you take (rushing every gunshot you can even though you could take slightly longer to assure a higher hit rate) you have a few instances where you slow down 6:04 1:04 1:28 and a few instances where you force your shot but win because of your good mechanical skills
