Below is a video of my smoothbot, I'm trying to stay neutral grip but I just can't track to save my life. I think my poor tracking affects my evasive target switching as well.
I mainly play valorant and fortnite so I don't practice tracking that often in game. 29.39cm/360.
What will help me track better?
Can you recommend me a playlist to help with my tracking?

I would recommend to just play a really easy precise tracking scenario to build up more smoothness. Smoothness is about pushing your mouse at a constant speed and so its about perfection wich is trained more easly within easy scenarios. If you play harder ones there will be more tracking involved wich makes it harder to focus on smoothness.
29cm is also a tough sens to be smooth on; this scenario assumes you can already draw straight lines since its testing you on reacting to how the bot moves and following it. If you're going to stay at 29cm you need to spend lots of hours over the next few weeks doing very isolated precision tasks like Centering
basically find a scenario where the bot moves in predictable straight lines with no fuss and then draw straighter lines
