nothing abnormal about your results, but your sens is on the slower side for things like tracking

also doing fundamentals and vdim daily is pretty good

you can find vdim in #resources , it essentially isolates one aspect of aiming for each day of the week (e.g monday is dynamic clicking, tuesday is static clicking, etc)

slowmode is being a bitch but if you do s-sensrange in #commands you can see the recommended sensitivities for different scenarios

the bot in the server has a built in cm/360 convertor, so you can just do s-sens rainbow6 (or the other supported games) and then put the dpi and cm/360 you want

ultimately it's up to you what you choose to do, your kovaaks sensitivity doesn't really have to match your in-game one as you're learning mouse control overall, which is why different ones are recommended. high sens for tracking is so that you can get rid of any instability/ jitters you may have with your aim, and it'll help you be smoother (also to utilize your wrist movement slightly more too). and the lower sens for static clicking is so that you can have much more controlled flicks and micro-adjustments (and to utilize more arm movement)

personally i do 35cm/360 for tracking, 45cm/360 for target switching and dynamic clicking, and 60cm/360 for static clicking. but as i said this is all personal preference, play around with some different sensitivities and see what suits you best

ideally yeah, it'll be the most beneficial

#

that's entirely up to you, your ingame sensitivity doesn't have to match the ones you use on kovaaks

you can use whatever sensitivity you want tbh, the recommended ones are just to iron out any issues you may have but theyre not required to get a good rank by any means

this is what's recommended but it's mainly up to how you're performing

if one feels too easy you can go to the next, and if you're "technically" ready for the next (as in, your rank matches it) but it's far too hard, you can stick to the one you're doing
