obviously the best is to flick right onto the target because you dont need to microadjust. you shouldnt really be trying to underflick specifically lol. youre just likely not going to be 100% accurate on your flicks, so a small microadjustment will be needed

in general you just want to be consistent, have good initial flick speed, dont tense your hand/arm too much so that when you land you stop instead of shaking. also need to make sure your lines are straight to your target so that you are taking the most efficient path.
