Explaining changing sens

Yo guys, can someone explain to me why i should change sensitivities for each type of task that i'm playing on aimlab and kovaaks? And there is static, target switching and dynamic in a playlist i should switch my sens every task? Even if the playlist is focusing only on flicks or only on micro adjustment? Thx u 😄
