Generally speaking static has a slower tempo and a faster tempo

Faster is for distances where your flick is so on target you don’t need a micro correction at all

Additionally you should try to not need your arm on clusters and rapidly chain using the wrist and fingertips

I recommend a sens higher than 70cm if you aren’t already.
