VDIM by LG56 is a good starting place if you dont know where to start. Just adapt your sens to a slower cm/360 of about 50-80cm/360 on tasks like static dots to some dynamic tasks like pasu
I got used to playing with a faster sens of >40cm/360 sometimes reaching to as fast as 17cm/360.
Clean lines don't matter as much but if you want aim that is quick and practical, then I would focus more on static dots and dynamic scenarios while keeping in mind to have the fastest and cleanest method of aiming at that target. Your goal is not to have a straight line while aiming but a fast and precise aiming technique.
If you need further clarification or advice, I suggest watching RiddBTW's videos on aim training from just over 2 years ago.
