@tardy trail it’s looking like you’re struggling to control this sensitivity; what are you currently using?

#

Essentially, my suspicion is that your shaky landings are destabilizing your following flick even if you aren’t missing, costing you time and stamina

Is the green bar to track pace needed? It looks cool, yet distracting at the same time

Your VOD kind of reminds me of the technique that would benefit you in speed target switching scenarios, where snappy initial flicks are everything. But in static scenarios, you need to be able to chain hits, and skills like decelerating your flicks before microcorrecting so you don't have to spend as much time on target confirmation, and preserving momentum between hits is more important.

Your Val sens is about 65cm

#

The next time you sit down for some static, try the benches first with 100cm

#

Really let your arm flicks get warm and just focus on getting a fast run with it

#

Then, once you feel like you’re doing good attempts with 100cm, crank it back to 80cm and do some pb attempts

#

I think 80-77cm is where you want to be for controlling flicks with your level of execution on pb attempts but you should work from the lower sens first; it will artificially make you have to flick bigger, which will force clean technique without wasted overcorrections

#

Then when the sens goes back down, you’re just doing smaller, faster flicks, but maintaining the efficient tension management
