#Is it better to aim train on autopilot or hyper-focus on everything

I've never aim trained, but I know I always play better when hyper-focusing.

I also know that my aim severely deteriorates as I aim train due to how I view the targets as being inanimate and my brain starts to go autopilot out of boredom, so I'm pretty sure you don't want to go autopilot?

I think i try my best to focus one weakness at a time. Even better if it applies to the scenario

I like to hyper focus when I aim train so I don’t go over an hour or rarely even 40 mins but I’m at gm for 3 scores (pasu,smoothbot, and I think it’s called 1w3ts)and masters complete and I only got like 780ish hours and in games I’m just playing with my big humongous brain or I try to atleast I don’t worry about my sim
