just take a nap. Sleep for 30 minutes and that should make you less tired. And I really mean try sleeping just for 30 minutes. Nothing more, nothing less

I got home from school and I was hitting nothing. I did a ton of warmup and managed to win a game before I got off because I was not feeling it. Now tonight I'm doing my aim train routine and my aim is a joke. Is this normal??
