Actually, what is your cm/360°?
41.23
Are you trying to move your fingers and your wrist in the same direction at the same time when it locks up?
I dont think so
Ok, well when you are micro adjusting on that sens and your wrist locks up, you might try using your arm to do the greater movements in place of your wrist. If your fingers are tense when your wrist locks up, try to relax them during micro adjustment as well and your wrist might relax if your fingers were tense at all as well.
The first part of my answer assumes that the lock is psychological and thus overcoming your problem in with a different part of your arm may result in your wrist relaxing in order to assist your arm. The 2nd part tackles the assumption that your wrist is physically locked due to tension in another part of your limb (being your fingers). Let me know if any of that helps.
Also, if you happen to also be hovering your wrist completely over the pad/desk with that sensitivity, what you might do instead would be to attempt micro adjustments entirely with your arm or to instead just try planting your wrist on the pad/desk instead.
Ty sorry for the late btw
