I do vdims like once every two days
but I mainly play the voltaic benchmarks like everyday and try and beat my PBs

so you normally just grind out the benchmark scenarios without the use of any other tasks ?

for like 2 thirds of my time yeah
when I do the tasks if I feel like I'm aiming bad I'll just do it once only flow aiming and then do again with like more aggressive snappier aim and then I try and set a new PB again
