Gaming laptops unfortunately always had bad temps so this is "normal" yes

I am not saying that 93'C is normal. I am saying that laptops unfortunately always have high thermals so this tends to be a "normal" occurance for a laptop

If it is an older laptop, see if you can open up the back cover and clear out the fans of dust.

Also see if you can undervolt the CPU a bit
