Starting off i have to say that i am probably not that qualified to talk so take as a suggestion not as a fix!
I feel your corrections are rushed and your stopping power is really lacking. Generally a good technique is that you do a speedy flick (prioritising speed) to the bot and then a slow and controlled micro correction(prioritising accuracy).
Try using the bardpill/bardoz method (you can find the tutorial on yt). Basically you flick onto the bot with a fast flick and then you micro correct. You should try confirming the hit and during the micro correct you should find the next target so that there is no pause in the transition. Generally prioritising accuracy is the key and speed will come as you get better technique.
Now I have to say that the task has directions on how you should be playing it on the document and you should follow that if you wanna do the routine properly. So i guess a general tip would be to prioritise accuracy with proper technique not speed.
